Outstanding service for excellent products

Started with the Neck & Shoulder Heating wrap and liked it so much that we got the Zyllion 4D Kneading Massager with heat. The first one we used on our backs and it really helped, which is why we got the second on for my neck. It too has helped. We did have can issue with the first purchase but they resolved with ease. Shipped us a new on at no cost to us. I was very surprised. Their customer service really does believe in customer service.
